Oh, my! That is the most beautiful hummingbird drawing I have ever seen! I hope Marissa draws more for us! Thank you Marissa!
How’s Kitty Mittens doing?
Mr Kitty Mittens seems to be doing fine.
He comes to the door every morning and meows. He comes in for a few minutes while Marissa is having breakfast; after a few minutes, he is ready to go back to the garage.
Marissa didn’t give him a lot of attention when she came home from school yesterday. She wanted to go in the back yard and play with Millie and LouieMax. All three of them went into the newly disced orchard. BOY .... was she dirty.
Marissa loves to draw (I wish she loved math). I have some other bird pictures that she has drawn recently. If I can get them scanned, I will post a couple more. She drew the hummingbird about 10 days ago. When I noticed that today was International Bird Day, I took it from the refrigerator so it could be shared with her FRiends. : )
OESY .... thanks for the funny bird jokes. I love ‘em.
That video is just too cute. LOL
Thank you for providing the link, Yorkie.
LOL
Is that Aloha Airlines. ??
Great pictures, OESY.
LOL
LOL
Thanks for the jokes today. They are fun.
Beautiful Mallards.
Thank you, Meg.
Marissa will love all of these bird pictures today. And she will be thrilled that I finally showed everyone her hummingbird picture.
LOL
Marissa will really laugh when she sees this guy. She’ll probably be trying to draw him next week.
So cute! Thanks..I am much better...That was the sickest I have been in a long time..
I appreciate her talent..I never could draw.
What a wonderful story....loved the link to it and all the sound effects....very unique!
I’m glad to hear that you are feeling better today.
I’ve never had much sinus trouble, but I understand it can be very painful.
I can’t draw a straight line but her Mom is very talented.
I don’t know why Marissa draws with lead pencils. She does use crayons or colored pencils but she also likes the lead pencils.
Thanks, just amy, and thanks to dita for telling me how!
Too cute! Marissa is a good artist!
Had a day care group of 4 and 5 year olds come by the store to see the chicks today. They all drew me a picture of a chick, signed their names and made me a thank you out of them. It is too cute! I have such fun showing the school kids around the store and greenhouse!
Interesting story about the origin of Buffalo Wings. Thank you, Teressa Bellissimo!!
Now, THAT is a blue bird! Make my jays look positively drab in comparison. LOL
