Beautiful eggs, beautiful birds, Wow....
Haha, glad you like her new name!!
Oy, FReeping is so hard these days, I need to take a break, wipe the sweat off my brow:)
LOL. I hear ya'.
You are too much....that’s the stuff, huh? Those males have an attitude!
We’ve got the eastern ones. Like I said, I didn’t know they would live in the same close area. Live and learn. :)
Have you ever seen an indigo bunting? Talk about blue!
Sometimes choices are tough. You want to be a newborn alone in the open? Or blind, hot and hampered by the shell?
That bunting may be the really blue one I was talking about. They are almost completely blue and about the size of the Eastern bird. I saw some of them in the country where my son lives but never around here. Would love to see them here!
Choices, choices, what shall I do?
You need to hatch a plan!
Tried to send you a pic, but my posting skills aren’t up to y’alls! LOL Indigo buntings are all blue and they’re gorgeous.
I’m settin’ on it, settin’ on it!
If they taught me, they can sure teach you! I knew nothing about posting a picture a bit over a year ago and didn’t think I would ever get it........with trial and error over and over, I made it. There are so many great teachers on here. We will see who wants to help you, if you want to learn!
LOL. My thoughts were, “How much would you pay for pictures of Hadley Grace? But wait we will throw in the miracle carpet cleaner and pet urine remover at no additional charge. And if you call now you’ll also receive the full Billy May commercial CD set. All this for only three payments of $19.95.”
Sorry I couldn’t help myself.
Thanks. God’s blessing are all around us.
1 cup of sugar and 4 cups of water. Use warm tap water not boiling water and stir til clear. NO FOOD COLOR is necessary as long as the feeder has red or yellow and red feeder stations.
DO NOT USE ARTIFICIAL SWEETNER. The little darlings will starve : )
If hummingbirds were as big as crows, it would not be safe to go outside.
If our feeders get low or the wasps are hanging around, the hummers come hover near us as if to say, “fix this or else!”
I adore them and they will be here until November coming and going.
