MIX 98.5’s Fast Freddy rang in from La-La, where he is covering tonight’s “American Idol” finale, with the lowdown of gossip.
First off, Freddy reports that despite the dreads, the short-term memory loss and the “whatever” ’tude, Idol wannabe Jason Castro swears he has never, ever smoked weed!
“He acknowledged the stereotypes that come with dreads and a laid-back delivery, as well as the assumptions that America & the media have been buzzin’ about, but he wanted to assure us he has NEVER smoked the gigglygreen EVER,” the Fast one said.
Castro, who will appear on tonight’s finale, didn’t dish up a lot of details. So what can we expect? Freddy inquired.
“Um, dancin’ . . . a lotta dancin’ . . . and I sing. . . . yeah, a solo . . . which is cool.”
