The thing that always gets me about this show is all the raw meat they serve. I’m not a great chef, but I know when meat is done. Don't they have those little instant thermometers?

You would think they wouldn’t need them at this point. I mean, if they are raw on the inside and done on the outside, turn down your grill. This isn’t astrophysics.
