I was shouting—what about those school buses your beloved mayor left parked??? Huh?I remember the week after Katrina, Mary Landreu (sp?) was on Fox News Sunday. Chris Wallace held up a photo of the school buses and asked Landreu why they weren't used to evacuate the people of New Orleans?
A red-faced Landreu stammered and sputtered: "B-Because they were flooded ..."
Wallace just stared at her.
What a great moment.

I’m a Bama fan but I love the Manning boys....but what has po’d me is the segment on NO - the folks on the MIssissippi Gulf Coast deserve far better...that’s where the eye of the storm came ashore.....they’ve pulled themselves up by the bootstraps and have asked for nothing from the Fed Gov’t......

I want to know how much each one of these beggars has forked out, in comparison to any one of us.
I imagine that for most of them, PEPSI would shoot out my nose at the number.

The thing is, who is donating? Maybe some star-struck kids who only want to talk to the Idols. And if people like us, who are turned off, are not—they will still report it as a huge success with billions raised.
