ROFL! I love it.
Health food! LOL
Yep. Everything there is homemade. You can stand there at the counter and watch them make your biscuit from scratch, kneading the dough and everything.
What makes them think that people wouldnt eat them for dinner?
That's just the way it's always been. There are two Biscuitvilles here and they packed the whole time they're open. And on Sunday mornings, you can't even get in the parking lot.
Are we going to watch Circus of the Stars or whatever they are calling it. Celebrity circus?
We were watching the food network one night and we thought it would be cool to plan a vacation around some of the places they highlight. Isn't that terrible.
That picture has an almost optical illusion quality about it. lol
I always hate for Hell’s Kitchen to end. Even though this year has the worst contestants ever. But I think Ramsey is doing his Kitchen Nightmares show again this year.
I can’t believe there are people who would do Moment of Truth knowing that people are going to be hurt by it. “Would you marry your girlfriend if it meant you would never be able to speak to your family again?” Now what kind of question is that? No matter what the answer is someone is going to be upset. And the one last year with the woman who said she was in love with another man when she married her husband & would leave him for the guy...Unbelievable the things people will do for money. They’ve already taken the polygraph. They know full well the kind of questions that are going to be asked.
Probably but I’m soooo hoping it’s Jen. Go away already.
Seriously, I don’t know how everyone in the south isn’t 400+ pounds. Because I know I would be. LOL
“She’s having biscuits and gravy again?”
I always wonder how they know what to ask. They say they only ask 50 questions. So, how did they know to ask the guy last night if he hated fat people? Or if they blame their dad for breaking up their family? I wonder if they give them a psych exam or something before to bring up their hot button issues?
It wouldn’t surprise me. From what I’ve seen of the show they seem to be good at pushing the right buttons. Come to think of it, in the intro they show the people hooked up to the polygraph so since they tape the test maybe they use a body language expert to pick some of the questions.
I could live my entire life on biscuits & gravy & Lexington barbeque.
And sweet tea :-)
I sent an article to Dave Barry yesterday and he put it on his blog and I got a "Thanks to Beth.." I'm freaking! He's my hero and I'm so excited!!!
Awesome, RK!
I thought the same thing, then realized that the girlfriend came out ahead on that. He's already admitted to giving out his phone number to other women during their relationship. At least she knew now exactly where she stood and that there wasn't any way that he was going to marry her. To stay in a relationship that isn't going anywhere is a waste of time. I think it was good for her to find out now rather than a couple of wasted years down the road. jmo
In my freaking-out-ness I forgot to ping you to 11914!!! Don’t take it personally, I forgot to ping SJ to his own birthday note last week. :-D
I’m still so excited! I know it’s really not that huge a deal, but I am such a huge Dave Barry fan that it made my day!
This concept comes from Nikola Tesla and if I recall correctly he used it on Mark Twain. The Mythbusters tried to replicate the ‘brown note’, but failed and if I recall they called it busted.

There is however or has been other modes of crowd control using frequencies though.
