Nuthatch’s Chocolate Bean Cake

Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked garbanzo beans or 1 can rinsed
4 eggs
4 TBSP of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 - 1/2 cup of sugar
1 tsp. of baking powder, 1 tsp. of baking soda
1 tsp. of vanilla
1/2 tsp. of guar gum (xanathum) (optional, for texture)
1/4 cup of peanut or canola oil
Cooking Instructions:
Add all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and really pulverize the stuff.
Pour into a greased brownie pan and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes, or until the knife comes out clean.
Additional Comments:
This is great if someone can’t eat wheat in any form, and this cake actually tastes good... high in fiber and protein, low in sugar.
