A black bear helped Garfield County, Utah police and Forest Service Agents discovered 888 marijuana plants and 4,000 starter packsplastic bags with seeds on Tuesday.
According to KJCT, police also discovered pipes chewed in half, cans with bear teeth marks, claw marks and bear prints, and claw scratches in the trees.
The marijuana was being grown in the Dixie National Forest, about 250 miles west of Grand Junction.
Authorities think the growers were so scared that they didnt think about taking anything when the bear arrived.
The bear has yet to be found.
