One of the recipes will be the right one......and then maybe not, I tried for years to match a bread that Bill had eaten in the german prison camps in WW2 and never did.

Of course, the fact that he was a starving POW, might have meant that I could duplicate life in my oven.

I learned that nothing today, tastes as good as our memories.
