My two cents: Too much hair to be Dalmations, and their spots would have come in by this age....
Everything at this age looks like a Retriever mix so it's hard to tell. I think there's a fifty fifty chance their ears may stand up, or that something in their ancestry had ears that stand up. The one on the right's ears aren't laying real flat. They do have a little bit of a Pyrenees look about them, but they almost aren't big ~enough~ to be a pyrenees, and they have even more hair. (
