Seeing this picture shows the fuzzy fur better. The pups surely have Great Pyrenees in them. Great Pyrenees can have spots on them. Here is a spotted Pyrenees...
Great Pyrenees Breed Standard
Working Group
General Appearance
The Great Pyrenees dog conveys the distinct impression of elegance and unsurpassed beauty combined with great overall size and majesty.
He has a white or principally white coat that may contain markings of badger, gray, or varying shades of tan. He possesses a keen intelligence and a kindly, while regal, expression. Exhibiting a unique elegance of bearing and movement, his soundness and coordination show unmistakably the purpose for which he has been bred, the strenuous work of guarding the flocks in all kinds of weather on the steep mountain slopes of the Pyrenees.
Color
White or white with markings of gray, badger, reddish brown, or varying shades of tan.
Markings of varying size may appear on the ears, head (including a full face mask), tail, and has a few body spots. The undercoat may be white or shaded. All of the above described colorings and locations are characteristic of the breed and equally correct. Fault--Outer coat markings covering more than one third of the body.

Ya got yourself a pair there! We want them, I just hope they aren't chipped.
Inside dogs do well as letting you know what's around at night. They'll alert when they hear something close buy (outside).
We're all leaning toward inside dogs.

Beautiful pups ... so glad that you are able to provide a loving home for them!
Here is my last stray ... he weighed 10 lbs. when he found me 9 months ago.

I noticed the dew claws right away in the one photo you posted and that is why I wrote something about it. They stick out like sore thumbs. They are very obvious. If they aren't chipped we'll get them removed. And I'll tell the vet about them being strays to save on the cost so I can buy more dog food. lol

Hmmm....
The Great Pyrenee Great Pyreneess is a very old breed, and has been used for millennia by the Basque people, who inhabit parts of the region in and around the Pyrenees Mountains of southern France and northern Spain.

See if there is a breeder of the Great Pyrenes Mountain Dog somewhere around you....
To: Wolfstar
It does, thank you. They are definitely not purebreds.
You have beautiful dogs, btw.

Seriously though...thank you for taking in those beautiful pups and giving them a loving home. Some people just manage to restore my faith in humans. ;~)

As soon as I saw their faces I knew they were pups. They seem to be very sweet pups with good temperaments. Their good temperaments are another reason to believe they are either a Lab or Golden mix. Except for the Chesapeake, retrievers usually have excellent temperaments.
I don't recall if you mentioned whether they are male and female. If male, you should easily be able to see if they have been neutered already. A vet could tell you if a female has been. Either way, getting them neutered soon would be a good idea since dogs typically reach sexual maturity around 9 months of age. Neutering them before they reach sexual maturity helps to prevent some temperament and other problems caused by the mating urge.
