Dita, My son and DIL are taking me out for Japanese tomorrow night. The other son will be out of town until late Thursday and he called tonight to say he was sorry he couldn't be here. They are so sweet. He's the one who called early this morning to see if there was anything special he could get me for my birthday. I told him a hanging fern for the patio and he said "no, Greg and I always get you two of those for Mother's Day and I don't want to get you a fern for your birthday. I used to spoil them rotten and they are returning the favor!

One Mother's day they got me the two hanging ferns because I put them on both sides and from then on I told them not to worry about getting me anything but the two ferns on Mother's Day.

FYI, the Beijing Beef was very good. A little on the spicy side, but I will definitely order it again. :-)

I wish I was a bit more adventurous when it comes to tying new things, but I have never in my life ordered "tofu" anything. I am just sure, no matter what they did to it, I wouldn't like it.
