because a lot of my thinking is more masculine than feminine. I drive like a man; I use logic like a man; I solve problems like a man.

I guess I've known too many female engineers. I tend not to separate the genders this way, though I know there is a certain tendency in this regard...

I’ve come to overlook “gender” in the workplace. When I answered the phone, it was, “...This is Mac, may I help you?”

If a person can do the job, gender shouldn’t be an issue, though I have to admit I’ve been singled out.
