I feel sorry for Bob Kraft- hee hee hee
It was beyond amazing from start to finish. Manning should have gone done, three times at least and then to complete that pass and have him hang onto it on the top of his helmet? God, it was beautiful.
How ‘bout that sack late in the game!!!!!!
I thought the clock actually counted down to 00:00, then they put a second back on. At least Howie and Terry thought so too.
I was giving him the benefit of the doubt as well — however he did not seek out the opposing coach to shake his hand or anything so I am assuming that yes he was a sore loser.
It did but they put it back up immediately. He was moving onto the field when they did it.
The Giants beat my Cowbodys but fully deserved to win then and now. Great; no fantastic game!! This is one of those sweet, sweet victories that must be savored over and over again. The achilles heel of the Patriots was always the fact that Brady had too much time to throw. The Giants took that away and that’s why they are the best team in football today. I was just like the rest who bashed Eli but he certainly stepped up to the plate tonight. How sweet it its!!
Not to pile on, but I do have to concur. Belichick's conduct in the final second of the game should earn him a right proper reaming from the NFL commissioner. These coaches are supposed to be the embodiment of good sportsmanship, particularly when they lose.
Manning family back-to-back Super Bowl rings!
I think this was one of the most interesting-to-watch Superbowl in a long time, and I had "no dog in the fight".
I know Shula is a Cleveland-area product, and I'm glad the Dolphin's record remains.....
Enough to bring a tear or two to a father’s eyes, I’d bet.
There’s gotta be a lot of pissed-off bookies out there tonite !
We’ll see the analysis. If it becomes clear that he was a doofus, he’ll be properly reamed. If it becomes clear that we knew stuff that he didn’t (because of Fox keeping us informed better than the scoreboard did for him), then it will blow over.
The coaches met midfield before they were sent back to the sidelines.
I’m a Steelers fan, but I was rooting for the Giants! My jerky brother-in-law (a Pats fan in Steeler country!) will be crying in his beer! bwahahahahah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What a great game!
Congrats Giants fans!
some people thought that was clear long before this game.
What the Giants have done has to be one of the most remarkable football achievements I’ve seen. They were a 5th seed wildcard team and win every playoff game on the road, going through Dallas, Green Bay, and then eventually beating an undefeated team in the Super Bowl. Very impressive!
Yeah, but I don’t care about that.
