Oh, I agree. And these twits who say “I’m playing the game with honor and won’t sacrifice my integrity” are fooling themselves. This is a game of deception and trickery. What got me so warm was Cirie’s snotting at Jonathan for being a liar at tribal - did I miss something? Jonathan didn’t lie to her. He asked her to be in his alliance. It was absolutely stupid of her to ask him IN FRONT OF YAU-MAN if Jonathan would vote off Yau-Man before her. First of all, it’s a dumb thing to say at the beginning of the game. I really am not so much a Cirie fan this time around, and I was actually more excited to see her come back than I was just about anybody else. But I don’t know - I’m getting a vibe from her this time that I’m not fond of. Who knows, maybe she wins me back over.
And if she believes either Parvati or Amanda would take her to final 3 she’s not reasoning it out correctly. Parvati KNOWS people dislike her and her game play. Amanda - well, Amanda made final 3 her season and didn’t win, either. I can’t see either one of them bring a contestant who has a very warm, winning way and who has an initial burst of popularity on the other team as well. That is not someone you bring to final three and give the jury the option of giving the money to.
Ami would be the one I’d watch out for. I think she has potential to be a great strategist, although I don’t care much for her personally. Maybe it’s me - but have the faves perhaps gotten a little overconfident?
The one thing that made Cirie popular to many people (including me) was her successful plan to get rid of Courtney (the goat that everyone wanted to take to the Final 2) on the Exile Island season (Season 12). Most people hate seeing a dull Final 2 with one strong, likeable player and one goat who was just dragged along because he/she was easy to beat in the end (remember Tom/Katie from Palau?) So we have Cirie to thank for preventing that. But she doesn’t have much else going for her and with her attitude now, it’s getting harder to root for her.
