The implication is that if we’re really Christians we will forgive her - and if we don’t, we’re hypocrites and her comments were justified. That is why Christians get dumped on, it is part of our creed. We don’t riot, terrorize, or saw off heads. Whether Dana seeks God’s forgiveness is between her and her Maker.
