Since it’s probably one of thousands of such letters, I wouldn’t expect any further action, provided that they don’t send additional notices.
I would guess that the way it works is that the RIAA or whatever org gives them a list of servers they’ve found, comcast sends out letters to ask them to stop. If they don’t stop they send another notice, and if they still don’t stop they suspend the account. Or something like that.
There’s going to be many tens of thousands of those. They aren’t going to chase every single one. They’ll try to cut down the numbers first.
Also check to make sure you’ve got security on your wifi.

Yeah, after thinking about it more I tend to agree with Ramius. Just stop using BitTorrent (or at least, turn off uploading, which is easy if I remember right), double-check your wireless security, sit tight, and probably nothing further will come of it.
