Wondering ping...

I’m wondering about some vacation options for later this year. Something that’s intriguing is to take a couple of weeks and go to one of the intensive firearms training sites.

I know about Front Sight, in Nevada and GunSite in Arizona. Are there others to consider that you’ve heard of? Anybody have any idea which one is the better?

Nope. I have mainly just heard of gunsite. I am jealous though, they have some cool stuff. Like the one that teaches how to shoot from moving helicopters.

I know a couple of pretty kewl schools what can teach yuh some really neat stuff... unfortunately, yuh gotta belong tuh DoD or some other alphabetic guv’ment organization...

Whittington Center - NM?

Ramius; I don’t know anyone who has been to either one of those however I do know a couple of fellas that have been Wittington. One long range shooter and one hunter. They both were very impressed with the facilities.

I’ve heard a lot about Gunsite and Frontsite both seem well received by the posters on the Sigforum. Of course - your mileage may vary. It would be a fun week, time well spent. In Nevada you’d have access to casinos, fwiw.
