Yes, but Glen Beck is a demagoging nitwit who sees even entertainment categories in black and white.

He has a chapter about you also. ;-)

The thing about Beck is you have to listen to him long enough to realize that a lot of what he says is for the entertainment/shock value. When you hear him screaming it's usually because he's trying to point out the absurdity in the situation.

Yes, he’s very effective in communicating the way he has chosen to communicate. It just doesn’t appeal to me. It’s like how Ann Coulter is very effective to her audience but I hate her style. Doesn’t mean that either of them does a bad job with stuff.

But he drives me nuts. However, I will listen to him if he’s on, and that’s more than I can say for Sean Hannity.

I like Beck some of the time. It is just he has a lot of liberal tendancies that come out at strange times.

Well, I’ll tell ya...I’ve been watching Pride and Prejudice and Steve has slept in the chair through the entire time.

It’s romantic, and that explains that.

Talk about yer deja vu...

I was brushing my teeth, went to rinse, and the water’s out. Same as happened last time it went out.

I swear, they’re watching me or something. And pointing and laughing.

*she said through toothpaste grit*

Heh... yeah - I was just about to post and ask you if you were brushing your teeth again.

Stop doing that. This is a pain in the rear. :~)

The thing is...Steve (and the boys too) are under strict instructions that if I do anything overly peculiar, they’re supposed to call 911. One of the signs of a stroke is doing odd things.

Now I know you are gonna say “But they would be calling 911 constantly!”. What I mean is odd, even for me. Like saying an odd phrase over and over. Or not being able to get the phrase out at all.

Or standing in the hallway banging on the wall at the crack of dawn while checking out the calendar!

So not only did someone bang on the door and he just mildly wondered “What’s with all the banging?”, he thought it was just me...just me, doing something that would be admittedly very odd even for me, and he just went back to sleep!

I know he probably wasn’t fully awake. Which only tells me if I intend to have a stroke, I should make sure it’s only when he’s fully awake.

Sorry ‘bout that...

This time I don’t have any bottled water, either.

Pah.

Heh...I’ll make do. Except that I can’t make coffee. They do have the deli at work, though, so I guess I’m OK.

It’s just a nuisance is all!

I could say something about keeping at least some water bottles and buckets full all the time... but that would just feel like nagging :~)

I have been...but on Friday I brought some water in to work for the betta, ‘cause the water at work is apparently not good for ‘em. And I forgot to refill the bottles.

Save your two liter soda bottles full of tap water with about three drops of bleach in them.

I think I had five hundred of them when we were getting ready for Y2K.

But that’s just me.

Heh!

Yah...I don’t have five hundred. That’s my problem...

I usually have about three jugs filled with water, and then if there’s a storm coming, I fill as many buckets as I can find, in case I need flushing or washing water. But I’ve been slacking off, I guess.

Now I know you are gonna say “But they would be calling 911 constantly!”.

I had the line above that all copied, ready to put in a post that would have said just that, even before I read the next line.
hehe

Most people don’t...heh heh! My neighbors saw that big pile of water in our shop and learned pretty quick that were were perhaps a bit quirky.
