Doesn’t matter. SOP usually means when an animal attacks a human, the animal gets put down.
Mindlessly putting down wild animals for being wild animals is fairly stupid and I for one am impressed that they didn't. I'm only sorry it came to that after this incident, not that I blame the police, I don't. It's just a shame it ended this way for a very beautiful and magnificent tiger.
Don’t lions/tigers, etc. naturally have an instinct to attack people or other animals? Why do you want to kill something that actually lives it’s life the way God intended? Pretty severe to kill something when it is born to act that way. Especially when you put it in a cage that probably makes it more insane.
