Bar cookies are very simple to make, just stir and bake, no rolling or dipping out by the spoonful.
I made Date & Nut Bar Cookies, and a Coconut Bar cookie. I should freeze most of them so I cannot get my hands on them so quickly.
Offering them up to the members of the Lair will take care of that for you. 8^)
