This might be a longshot but considering the even distance of the objects and their pattern, this could possibly be a reflection of the reading lights on the window. And the anomaly over the winglet is a reading light from a forward seat.
Just an idea.....
No worries about the PM. Good thought I’m on a flight next week and will take a look at that possibility. Good thinking outside the box. I love to see what FReepers come up with on threads like this.
