No snowy-covered mountaintops?

Well, probably, but the rainy cloud-cover down lower doesn't let us see them often. Clear skies occur mostly in summer, not winter, in Seattle. If you want to see snow you usually have to drive up to the mountain passes...

I caught just a glimpse of the mountains today during the 15 minute break in the gloomy wets.

I officially finished my Christmas shopping at 4:03 this afternoon, an adventure that began at 9:00am. All that’s left is to wrap what I bought.

Whee!
