All, a slightly amusing animation sent to a few colleagues as well as myself.

"DR" stands for "Demand-Response" and "DRAS" for "Demand-Response Automated Server" -- these are proposed automated methods by which energy utilities can advise their customers to cut back on energy consumption in order to avoid brownouts and blackouts. (Such processes exist already via telephone, but full automation is still in development.)
