All I can think of is my grandson at Ft. Lewis. I sure hope he’s got lots of “snivel gear!” He’s going to need it!

I made him an ear band (knitted) last year, so I sure hope he has been putting it to good use!

(I hate snow.)

As a kid I loved snow. I still like seeing it (brightens up our dark, gloomy winters) but I hate what it does to traffic here.

Our priest grew up in the Midwest. He kind of laughed when I first told what a problem snow is here, but a couple of years later he's laughing no more. Between hills, weather conditions that too readily form ice under the snow, too little removal equipment and no salt, it becomes a mess.

At least my little 4WD has 4WD capability again. *\:-)
