My afternoon had a nap with baby and cat. (Shannon pounced on my feet a few times, to make sure they were dead, and then curled up on them and purred.)

When I was going to school for Vet Tech, some gal brought in several snakes. It really cleared out the classroom! But I waded in and “handled” one, knowing that my job may depend on my willingness to do so.
The only way I know how to handle fear is to face it head on, and I do not like snakes! But I admire people who do, and give them the respect that is due them.
