I’ll say one thing for Utah: As soon as a storm is predicted, the plows and road crews are ready to go. I’ve even seen the plows working in snowstorms.
I’m never afraid to drive there, no matter what time of year.

They are plowing and salting here, but it's coming down so fast that it really isn't making much difference.
