Someone at the church holds a prayer vigil for life this time every year. Last year it was about 20 degrees, and we were there from 11:00 to midnight!
I figure all the nights I spent sitting up with babies counts for something :-).
I would say holding babies in the night counts as a vigil. It’s why moms are so blessed.
