No, please don’t. It will give you nightmares!
Gives me the creeps.
And they sing while doing that too.
Only thing worse than my crow like cawing is dwarven singing.
(Typed originally as “dawrven”.)
Actually, I found one this morning that I could watch, that wasn’t too “radical” (for lack of a better word.) And yes, there are several places to listen to music. I have quite a few hyms on CD’s and cassettes, so I can listen to them. (If I remember...)
I’m going to shop at Wally World EARLY tomorrow morning, before I go anywhere else, and maybe I can get what I want. Last month, they were all out of Emergen-C, and I use two boxes of that a month. I had to go back three times before I found it back on the shelves.
It’s always fun to see what’s happening in that store. When I usually go, there are two women in the checkouts, and they know me by sight! One even asked last week, “You’re running late today, aren’t you?” LOL!
Last year, since my son got married again in July (I think) I just did birthdays. His wife has two daughters, and one is the same age as my grandson. His name is Samuel, and hers is Samantha, and their birthdays are 6 weeks apart. His is today.
So this year, I’m doing the birthdays again. My son very sagely told me, “You can’t afford to buy what the kids want for Christmas, Mom.” YOIKS!
Double ditto.
DC is mixing a demo tape of it as the backing of a metal band.
At least that’s what it sounded like.
LOL! It’s nice to remember everyone’s birthdays. My mother sends e-cards for every occasion - doesn’t cost her anything! (She also sends gifts often, but we don’t ask for it.) When my brother remarried a couple of years ago, I sent my new sister-in-law a letter with all the children’s birthdays, and told her that if she didn’t do anything but send a free e-card, that was fine!
Look at the winds on the left coast.
Batton down the hatches, ya maties!
Does it sound similar to mating cats?
UNNGH!
Throw the mating cats into a metal barrel full of cinder blocks and roll it down a hill.
Now add burp-like chanting to it.
Interesting. On the Seattle map I can see how the mountains affect the winds. It also explains a note a few minutes ago from a county north of here that they had weather coming in fro the NE, though ours is all from the SW.
My ex-daughter-in-law won’t give me Internet access to any of her three kids, so I just send cards and a present.
Sammy got a Mickey Mouse watch, and I just ordered a Tinkerbell watch for Samantha, so that will be ready to go in January.
The oldest girl will be 18, in July, so I told my son to think about what I could get for her. She also graduates high school in June, so I need to prepare for that, too!
I like e-cards. I send them to family and friends. If they don’t like it, all they have to do is tell me so. At least I remember them! LOL!
Wait ~~ you mean it’s the dwarves that make the burping sound? (Remind me not to go out there again when I hear it.)
Mom sends them to me, and I let whichever child watch them over and over. She uses the “Jacquie Lawson” site - cute cartoons with dogs or cats, usually.
I exchanged Hispanic cooking tips with the cashier at Wal-mart this morning. By the time all my stuff was rung up, she was ready to go home and make baked empanadas.
Add some readings from an economics textbook, and you’ll be up with the latest fad!
Sorry.
Yes, that’s singing.
We had some nasty winds yesterday, so I’m glad it’s died down, some.
Of course, if you want to see REAL wind, go to Alaska. They have a little thing there called a Taku. It’ll blow ya right out of the saddle!
We could probably get them to do that.
I’ve been combing around the intellicast site....they do a pretty good job of explaining it all.
