Nobody wants the kitten! Oh, well ... at least they like the Guinness.

The kitten can only come first if it’s pickled in the barrel of Guinness!

Unfair to the kitten. I’ll just get Bill to post some pictures of Shannon later :-).

Hope there are sugarplums dancing in your head, Sion

Nope. Had to go for dinner & watch a video with LoM -- with the woodstove going.

Cool photos -- thanks!

flickr allows only three photosets on the free account. Photobucket limits the size of the photo. I am posting sets on winkflash.com -- if the photo below displays, then one can link to them also.

It looks like it has lots of potential.

Also lots of lawn to mow. *\;-)

Congratulations!

I am NOT cleaning up the mess after the cat drinks it’s way out of that barrel. I don’t do well with puke...

Woodstove.....sounds cozy.

The downstairs one (family room) -- yup. Upstairs one is one part of a large living room.

I'm ok with that. My sister has my Grandmother's "nearly new/hardly used" Toro lawn tractor. I even found a snowblower attachment for it. At least, I hope it'll work.

For the rest of this Winter season, I'll be using my FiL's old snowblower. Needs a new clutch, but I can get one for about $10 from Northern Hydraulic.

Sounds like the perfect excuse for a new riding mower...

With as much driveway as you appear to have, that would be a good thing!

Yep. Definitely not one of those kinds of things I'd want to try and shovel by hand. Glad I won't have to.

Next spring, I can dig out, tune up, and put my Grandparents Toro back into service. It's an older one, early 1990's vintage, but was barely used before my Grandfather died and my Grandmother had her first stroke. Needs the carb rebuilt on it, but I can do that in about an hour...

I'd love to have one here for all the drive is so short -- it's usually very wet and heavy.

Well, I see my last credit card transaction from the trip has arrived, so it's a trip into the office (and town). Later...

We get all kinds of snow here. Depending on the year, we can even get a LOT of snow all at once. Makes shoveling, or using a smaller blower, a real pain.

Have fun... Later! }8^)

*pant-pant*

Sorry I’m late! I have a new frog! (YAY!)
I had to wait for the pharmacy and the vision center to open, and then I was out the door and finished up the rest of my errands.

Not going anywhere again until Saturday. *shudder* It’s UGLY out there!
