If there is anything to this, sounds like an entry vehicle like Soyuz to me. But hey, aliens is way more exciting, expecially when there is a conspiricy theory inolved. Whoohoo!

Yes, the OSI from DC was involved. The craft weaved and bobbed in the air before crashing, obviously not a soyuz or meteor, those are just blinds to fool the gullible public(move along folks, nothing to see here, move along...). This incident has been documented in a movie, a single shot was heard by the eye(ear)witnesses. No, this was murder, plain pure and simple; but who prosecutes?

Possibly. The first flight of a Soyuz capsule was in '66. May not be correct since the Soviet Space Program was shrouded in deep secrecy during that period. It could have been a Voskhod (which was their equivalent to Gemini).
