Nature, this brought a chill to my spine. It actually lends support to a case against HKS of premeditated murder. In that film, wasn’t he prompting Anna to tell stories against VA? If Howard knew Anna was going to die, he had put some thought into what VA would do. If HKS wanted to keep control of the money, as proven by his filing yesterday, he had three hurdles to overcome: Daniel, Larry and Virgie. If he really premeditated the plan to get control of Anna’s money, then Daniel had to die. (I still say that everything will be proven by Daniel’s inquest, if done honestly.) He tried to get away with claiming to be the child’s father in the Bahamas whose laws favor this sort of stunt. Larry and Opri and her DNA filing undercut him there. The tape of Anna dissing Virgie, even though Anna was obviously on drugs, is serious evidence to a Judge considering Grandparent’s rights. Larry was a piece of cake for HKS to manage.
Finally, I just wonder if the vicious unabated attack on Virgie by HKS, including the speech at the funeral, is part of his future plan to off LB and gain control of DL. As farfetched as it sounds, it is possible that HKS is a serial murderer who has murdered before and will continue to murder. I followed the searches you listed, and one was of a woman in Los Angeles who died “unexpectedly”. A random test case? This sounds crazy, yet if HKS murdered Daniel because Daniel was messing in his business with that PI, it shows the mind of a cold blooded killer.
But I still want to know how you attained a user ID on Howard and traced his searches? Will you please answer this. If you found it through illegal means, I guess you won’t answer.

Just google AOL Stalker. It was AOL releasing the data on their own users. Big controversy back at the time is all I remembered. Until this case, I didn’t realize the data was still out there!
I have never used AOL myself. I just remembered some news on it when I seen it some time ago actually. I can’t remember if there was legal on it or what but I think it ended up somethign about being able to opt out or whatever. But, by the time it was known they were doing this, the records were already out for many. Again, I didn’t use AOL so didn’t pay it much mind. Who would think their ISP would betray them and sell / publish their surfing records? I know I called my IPS at the time and they assured me they don’t publish records so that was enough for me. Good lesson though huh? As they warn all the time, nothing is secret if you are going on the net.. a public info hiway.
Anyway, I found it while researching Howard’s mom some time ago. I don’t know why I didn’t pay more attn at the time. I marked it and went on because it only had one Broncha record. With so much research in this case, it just didn’t come back to mind for some time. Now with the book and accusations of the parents involvement in moneies etc. I got to remembering and went back to those records and some other stuff I had stored but with a ‘new eye’ ya know?
Upon digging there again with a new focus, and learning how the reports can work (doesn’t take much).. I realized with just a click, you can sort the records by who all searched from one phrase. Click the [all] link. When I did that with “Howard K Stern” only that one ID came up for all searches of that query! I checked my notes and then rechecked the Stalker report and darned if it wasn’t the SAME ID from the Broncha record I had looked at before.
THIS time, it dawned on me.. why in the world was someone searching Broncha in May 2006?! Since it was before any deaths, I found that very curious. I was bent on digging through it all then. Daniel wasn’t dead yet or Anna. It would be related to the bankruptcy stuff so WHY would they be on Broncha then?
Then all the Ukranian stuff! Now that we know more about KE.. my mind said WOW! I thought it worth a much closer look and.. worth sharing now. The more eyes the better and I had not seen anyone bring it up before.
For all I know it could be KE’s ID. I considered could it being Pierce’s even.. but .. nothing Texas really in three months of surfing history.. Mostly CA.. like the restraunts etc.
I don’t know who the ID belongs to but find the data extremely interesting at this point. I don’t believe it is Anna’s just by the wording on the query’s (it shows exactly what they typed in) and by the sites clicked on which it also shows.
I do feel there is a pattern enough to say it appears to be ‘someone’ with a strong / direct interest to Stern that is for sure.
re:tape
i think VA may be able to counter that:
a) was that the tape where HK was seen by taping staff giving ANS ‘medication’? and if he did once, it’s not unreasonable to believe he did at other times of taped interviews and
b) we can be sure if that tape is used, the court will not allow only one snippet like we saw in court - likely the entire unedited tape will be supeonaed - including the part we’ve already seen about HKS nudging and prompting ANS - maybe all the tapes will be supeonaed - maybe the makeup st)aff who witnessed HKS’s behavior will be supeonaed...Virgie still has quite a few rabbits to pull out of her hat IMO and LB is running out of them...
With Moe’s accusations of LB drug use/giving ANS drugs, he could also be called as a witness pertinent to the custody
ANS’s accusations of LB being a stalker, a two=time (possibly three-times) stalker (at tiki club, at hotel - wallet/passport/keys stolen, at MB in July ‘06), will also be brought back into the spotlight.
VA fought for years to keep DH from ANS - She had one bad marriage - she tried to protect her kids. IMO I wouldn’t be surprised to hear allegations of abuse in LB’s family - his father has married three times and I don’t see any exwives jumping out of the bushes saying what a great guy he was....why is his half-sis a single parent? where’s LB’s natural mother? what’s her background? No family on earth is ‘perfect’ - we all have our ghosts...so far we’ve only seen Virgies and they’re so far back, I don’t see how they are pertinent at all other than for ‘shock’ factors and if they are still pertinent, well surely the ghosts in LB’s family are fair game, too MOO
