Who is this Judge Perry? Something needs to be done, but at the moment I do not know what. I had not expected this. The evidence against HKS was overwhelming.

There must be other charges that can be brought against them, such as some Federal charges. That is how the got Vick. When the local DA initially took Vick's side, the Feds were called in.

If anybody as a good suggested at what we can do, let us know. I hear a book is in the works and I would bet it would not make HKS and Judge Perry happy.

Thanks for the ping. If half of what has been reported about Judge Robert Perry is true then either
*he is having a mental breakdown or
*he has a vested interest in Stern and Dr. E.

Perry is not the only judge to make outrageous rulings but part of a dangerous trend. Judges make these outrageous rulings because they get away with it. I have watched with concern our drift towards a rule by judges (kryptocracy) where they make the most outlandish decision and nothing is done.
