Vickie Hogan’s estranged father Donald Hogan died of lung cancer in 2009. He was convicted child molester. Hogan molested Virgie Arthur’s sister aged 13. Virgie Arthur was Vickie’s estranged mother who doesn’t have a legal basis for wrongful death lawsuit.
Arthur lost defamation lawsuit against TMZ, CBS, Stern, Birkhead, et al. because the court found she was not defamed. She had a child with her stepbrother. Arthur admitted in her deposition she had a fake marriage with her first cousin in order to defraud insurance ( because her cousin was gravely ill and had no insurance ). She also admitted she used a belt to beat her daughter Vickie.
O’Quinn’s law firm who represented Arthur will have to pay L.L Wood’s attorney fees which are around $1M.
