Looks like Howie is not giving up. He wants half the Marshall estate that late ANS claimed her late hubby promised her during pillow talk. I heard that after being turned down in March, Howie filed again only to be turned down again last week and be the 9th Circuit court at that. Not easy to find another judge as “challenged” as the one in the earlier case. The deaths of ANS and her son instead of getting him riches just might send him to prison.
