There just seems to be something WRONG with that statement. It’s HIS job to make the determination...why should she have been allowed to have any influence over his decision?

I read that Howie's lawsuit against O’Quinn was settled (last year?) and that Howie made frequent requests that the discovery be sealed and the judge generally ruled in his favor. Not surprising since the judges have shown extreme bias in Howie's favor. The judge also barred both parties from revealing the settlement. Howie must have lots of things he wants to hide.
