Pott’s did a little bit of a turn in an interview about a month ago - After LarrySue showed his true colors. I don’t remember what show.. but .. He said right out he was disappointed and does not understand the HKS LB bff relationship. That he told Larry he needs to keep DL 100 miles away from HKS etc.
That does not forgive what he did to Virgie though in my mind.

SMITH CASE
MIAMI - October 16, 2007 - “In an effort to clarify some information
currently circulating in the media, following is an overview of the
current situation. The Order entered by the Court appointing me as
guardian ad litem says that the Court will determine a reasonable
fee. We submitted our fees for the work we did, based on our standard
hourly rates. A hearing will take place in which the Court will then
determine the fees to be paid. This is the appropriate process for
the determination of fees. Interviews at this time would
not seem appropriate. I appreciate your respect and understanding.”
