ok - i gritted my teeth and ventured to artie baby’s site. Most of what he has to say has been reported elsewhere and I will try not to be redundant, but I did find it curious, that his recount is Stern is now saying that Shelley allegedly threatened to “make up” the pill story after Anna refused to sign the mortgage.

Now, we know from GBen that up until a few days prior to HKS’s LKL 26sep06 interview, Anna was pressuring GBen to sign the birth certificate as father. (Blond Ambition)

We also know from the police report made immediately after Daniel’s death, that Shelley told the police about the flushed pills at that time, not ‘made up’ at a later date.

It’s true that Shelley served Anna/HKS with an eviction notice the day following the death of her son, but we know from emails that negotiations between Anna and Shelley regarding the mortgage were ongoing thru October, with Anna househunting for an alternate residence in November.

So, if Artie baby is stating that Stern actually made that comment about Shelley making up a story, then it appears we have Stern in yet another lie that can be proved via timelines.

Art reports that [Dade county Medical Examiner ‘lab director’] Hearn, in response to a question from virgie’s attorney, said that the methadone/drugs could have been injested in a drink (curiously, Artie posted this comment twice) and that it was an ‘intentional’ overdose, but wouldn’t state it was ‘suicide’. Art reports Hearn said the injestion at 5:30am would have led to death 2-3 hours later’.

according to Artie, LB ‘fell ill’ and wasn’t able to make the trip to testify today or tomorrow, but plans a trip in two weeks to attend some sort of memorial of Anna’s death. Artie says LB is expected to attend as a witness in March when the inquest resumes again and will apparently testify that Daniel was a drug user.

Finally, Artie reports that Monroe challenged Shelley’s position that his family was close to Anna and Artie expects that GBens’ 20-year old conviction for pot, will be used by Monroe to attack GBen’s credibility.

In a rare glimpse of fairness, Artie does say that from what he’s learned, investigators who have interviewed Shelley/GBen say the investigators “find them credible so far”.
