From the beginning of this saga, we fANNAtic FReepers have not been so much interested in the tabloid Anna Nicole Smith. We had questions surrounding the deaths of two U.S. Citizens that deserved answers.

These were our questions:
The death of a son - about to reach his majority (age 21)of undetermined manner and cause. Could be homicide.
The birth of a daughter - whose paternity was and whose welfare is questionable - who may also have been born addicted to illegally obtained prescription drugs.
The premature, undetermined death of the infant’s mother -could be homicide, suicide or misadventure.
Conspiracy by outliers to access a $1.6billion estate and eliminate per stirpes heirs.
Conspiracy by lawyers and foreign government officials to circumvent immigration laws for fraudulent purposes.
Intent to defraud owners of real property and real estate.
Illegal transportation of prescription drugs, by interstate and international waters.
Potential kidnapping , drugging , isolation and involuntary restraint of an impaired US citizen.
Chronic medical malpractice and felony negligence.
Illegal disposition/seizure, by an officer of the court, of the remains of a US citizen in contravention of State Law (Florida)
Blackmail, bribery and extortion.
Money laundering.
Check fraud.
Creation and presentation of fraudulent documents to avoid parental and custodial rights.
Causing pain and suffering to the biological mother /grandmother of the decedents, for gain and profit.
Failure to allow visitation opportunities to the biological maternal grandmother .

The deaths of two US citizens in jurisdictions outside the reach of US law enforcement is troubling.

It now appears that our concerns have been addressed by the actions by California’s AG Jerry Brown.

We are confident that those persons who caused the deaths of Daniel Smith and Anna Nicole Smith, indirectly or intentionally will be brought to justice.

Good points. I hope these perps in these two deaths are brought to justices. I have heard Bill O'Reilly, John Gibson, Geraldo, Greta and others point out repeatedly that it is beyond coincidence that you have a dead and missing wife in the Peterson case. This holds much more for Daniel & ANS - this has been mentioned several times on this thread. Who is the media is brave enough to follow up on this? Geraldo?

Even though Daniel and ANS were killed in other jurisdiction, the cases can still be investigated by the FBI. This is being done in the alleged rape case involving magician David Copperfield - about whom other sleazy allegations have followed. Bush has even put pressure on cases in other countries that did not involve any US citizens.

Baden stated a while ago "On the Record" that at least there is evidence for manslaughter. The Feds moved fast in the Benoit case, but here there seems to be a reluctance to proceed.

Brown appears the best hope. Just wondering how important a role, if any, sister-in-law Michelle Logan-Stern, an Asst. Attorney General in California, plays in the investigation.
