But Daniel was laying in a hospital bed with Anna. Not a wide bed so I'm sure her body heat helped keep his body warm. That would confuse the time of death a bit, too.
He couldn't have died earlier than 6:30 am if the nurse is correct about the time she last checked everyone in the room and Daniel was up helping Anna to the bathroom or adjusting her bed.
My working theory had been that Howard had given Daniel the meds in the food and drink and then left, expecting Daniel to die while he was gone from about 2 am to 4 am. IMO, of course. That was just speculation on my part. Now if my speculation had been correct then the latest Daniel could have ingested the meds would have been between 1 and 2 am. That would fit in the time frame if Daniel died an hour or two before he was found.
Also, even though the code blue went out at a bit after 9:30 am one of the patients allegedly said that she heard Anna screaming around 9 am, so what happened between 9 am and shortly after 9:30 am when the code was called?
I wonder if the ME or anyone took a liver temp of Daniel to try to determine approximately how long he'd been deceased?
I'd like more information/documentation about the allegations that when Howard would go to visit CA and he'd visit Daniel and shortly after that Daniel would get sick. Stomach problems, it was said. And, of course, it's been reported that Dr. E saw Daniel before he left for the Bahamas.
Oh well, these are just some questions and speculations I have.
BBL.
In the back of my mind, I’ve wondered if both Anna and Daniel were injected with some kind of poison that goes undetectable on autopsy. That would mean the drugs were a red herring.
What if Daniel took some ambien to sleep, then when he was just sleep, H. got up to inject him.
What if he then stuffed a bunch of drugs down his mouth, which would be considered the cause of death.
What if Dr E. was able to supply the injectable, non-detected poison to him? Maybe keeping Anna depressed and drugged for several months was the part of the plan.
Maybe the dirty needles that were used on Anna were given on purpose to add to the muddy picture...If you really think about it, Anna died with so much going on in her body, no one would think of the unnamed poison (used by the Russian secret police on umbrella tips to kill people).
sounds perfectly plausible to me - in light of the happenings/timing at the hard rock 5 months later
