is the insistence on the Dec 5 date relative to the Dec 10th resumation of the inquest, i wonder?

Has it been quashed yet, or do you think it will be? It seems obvious what Lin Wood is trying to do. It seems like a miscarriage of justice if this deposition is allowed to go forward today! If it does, I hope the same fate awaits Wood and Sterns as what Sac stated in Post #3880.
