i’ve just spent a while! looking for first references to CH publically, by either KE or HKS - the first reference I’ve seen, is around March 16th - but also, curiously found an ‘ambien’ connection.
By Mar 15th, ‘07 - most of the drug discussion was still focused on methadone and antidepressants - around Feb 28th, Nathan Collins came out with the methadone, zanax, rats under the bed interview that lacked any mention of CH iirc
In the ‘third week’ of the autopsy, Perper says he got back some “surprising” tox results showing a fatal dose of CH, (which he later calls, not fatal except in combination with other drugs). In the ‘fifth week’ of the autopsy, KE was called to Perper’s office for a chat.
circa Mar 14(?)th, ‘07 - KE meets with Perper “to help him shape his final assessment”. “It has been almost five weeks since Anna Nicole passed away...”

Why was Perper ‘surprised’? ‘what’ surprised him about the CH? was the ch misrepresented to him? was the length of time Anna had been allegedly using CH misrepresented to him? Was he aware that the nannies had been instructed to wake Anna up for her ‘medication’, that it was ‘given’ to her, or that KE allegedly stated to Kapoor in Sep, ‘06 that she intended to administer the drugs ‘herself’? Was he aware of Lilly Sanchez’s comment that KE had tried Ambien, (a substance Welcht identified as having been injested by Daniel) but it was ‘not effective’... (on Anna)??
Is Perper not ready for some hindsight of his own conclusions? Why is Florida (seminole nation?) refusing to reopen the matter of the death of ANS?? Are they waiting for (how much more) probable cause?
