She was at Beacher’s Madhouse at the Hard Rock in September 2005 and returned two months later for her 38th birthday.
“She came onstage, and Leor (jeweler Leor Yerushalmi) gave her a necklace that cost something like $20,000,” said Jeff Beacher, the show’s producer.

after Tiki Incident, - ANS writes in her monthly gossip column that she is being ‘stalked’ and that the stalker stole her ‘hotel room keys and passport’. Says HKS: “The reason we took down the postings was that we don’t want Anna defamed on her own Web site,” Stern told The Scoop. He says that she did enter the wet T-shirt contest, but did not expose herself — she was wearing pasties. He also denies that Smith took or asked for any pills or that she has a boyfriend.
Birkhead said that Smith assured her that the two were just friends. But he said he found out later that “she had Mr. Thompson pick her up in his jet and they flew her down to South Carolina for the holidays … and I spent Thanksgiving and Christmas by myself.”

Nov 05 - Larry Testimony - Anna left between the 18th and 22nd of November 2005 and he did not see her again until 12/31/05. LB says they were still involved together until she left for Thanksgiving. LB told her after she came back - he did not agree with her about some of the text messages she sent him.
LB testified he stayed with her in her home in Studio City from Dec 31 05 consistently til the first part of Feb 06.
