She sounds like she was so out of it that it would have been difficult to ask for the word “pills”, let alone those 4. Is Perper being very explicit rather than saying, “She asked for her downers.”
Also, I noticed on the autopsy that her tongue was bitten or showed a puncture at the tip. Did she have a seizure? Did she refuse to take medication? Was she injected in her tongue with some other drug that is not detectable upon autopsy?
Perper reasons that though she died from CH overdose, “there was no oral trauma to suggest force feeding...” How about a bite at the tip of the tongue?

Tongue - When druggies want to hide injections, Drugs are injected into vein UNDER the tongue not into the tongue. Vein is the need there.
