we do know, from basic physiology 1A, that potassium affects the heart/neural synapses reactions

Diuretics were prescribed
(this is most common reason for the potassium)
Most significant, Sodium levels were normal.
Only 10 pills gone in a month.
Most telling to me is the date. These are the only two meds prescribed 1/8.. just two days after the Boxing match where we saw for ourselves how puffy she was. This strongly suggests there was a reason for this combo.
