OK missy - could you please summarize?
LOL!
(awesome!)
Not a legal .. but appears to me they are swapping back and forth .. khavarian, Rale substitute but all three, Shebby, Rale and Khavarian listed as defendants attys on same case then play put and take.
Need someone with a legal mind and I am not it. :D
Various companies / Entities all three RALE SHEBBY KHAVARIANwere defending against Liberty Ins + .....
looks to me like as they move along they play leap frog. Khavarian gets the slam in the middle with several montary sanctions. Rale and Shebby play put and take squeaky clean around Khavarian sanctions.
In January Rale is in:
PROOF OF SERVICE by plaintiffs on 1/9/02 of Order re scheduling served on Ron Rale by mail (el) (Entered: 01/23/2002)
Feb Rale moves out, Khavarian jumps in
ATTORNEY SUBSTITUTION: terminating attorney Ronald A Rale for WFS Employer Svc II, attorney Ronald A Rale for WFS Employer Svc II by defendant WFS Employer Svc II, counter-claimant WFS Employer Svc II and substituting attorney Kooros James Khavarian by Judge Robert M. Takasugi (el) (Entered: 02/08/2002)
5-31-2002 month later is a motion to Sanction and two months later Judge orders Montary Sanctions including Khavarian plus others followed into November.
By 2003 Rale is terminated again and Shebby moved in.
Liberty Ins wins default against Consolidated Human Services and WFS employer Services INC and Wolveerine Financial for interest of 288,000.00 plus costs.
Felony, US Attny had Randy Bragg shown in above case also defended by Rale in 1999 criminal court!
