I don't understand why Greta and those stooges she has acting as "experts" don't remember what was said on those tapes. Rita didn't offer to pay the nannies to change their testimony...she wanted to see the affadavits they had signed. You would think Greta was more savvy than to accept those tapes as accurate. I notice she hasn't had Jeff Feiger on lately. When these tapes first surfaced, Feiger didn't think Rita had any problems and Jim Hammer agreed with him.

This same Judge Chin ruled in favor of Al Franken when Fox News wanted to stop from infringing on their motto, "Fair and Balanced". If I'm not mistaken, Al Franken even admitted he used the phrase as an 'in your face' statement to Fox News. You would think a sitting Judge would have the intelligence to recognize what kind of people Lincoln Bain and HKS are.

Also, I thought this judge had already ruled *against* the expedited discovery last week and set a date in January or something for discovery.

Since Harris is gloating about this for some reason, I take it the “one specific aspect” that qualified for ED must mean something to HKS. And it sounds like the Judge got a midnight visit (knock on the door) to make him take another look at this. Howie & Leroy, *ex par-tay down, boyz!*
