that is my understanding = I’m sure Milstein has a full accounting -and if HKS wants to ‘fight’ him, maybe he has a few choice words for us about HKS? -
the question I’d like answered, tho, is, why did the trust fund only have $750K funded thru it? it seems quite small considering that the funeral was sold for at least a few mil (allegedly) - why didn’t DL get ALL of it? and since when, does a minor child, get saddled with funeral expenses? isn’t that the responsbility of her S/O , from his OWN pocket, since it was HKS and HIS ‘friends’ that planned such an ostentatious funeral?
(By the time the Shelleys were pushing for payment, and Daniel needed burying, ANS was declaring she was broke - was she grifting, or, did she actually think she was? Did ANS have any forward knowledge of the amounts that HKS was negotiating with ET? or did she just rely on what HKS ‘told’ her was the amounts?)
What happened to all the baby-birth money (besides plastic surgery)?? what happened to all the Daniel death/funeral money? what happened to all the ‘committment ceremony’ money? or the ET-interviews money?
what happened to the money that LB himself inked deals for the week of the funeral? - why isn’t ALL that money in the DL trust? where are the monies from the continued sale of photos by LB? why haven’t those funds been put in the trust? [IMO LB doesn’t own “exclusivity’ rights to Anna’s image - IIRC she paid HIM to take photos of her, for her website - did she even know he had them listed with an ‘agency’ and was collecting royalties off them? In any case, any ‘exclusivity’ rights would have ended on her death, yes? no? } - he wasn’t ANS’s ‘husband’ - so it seems to me only DL has those ‘rights’, as inherited from her mother’s estate!]

Where did you find the $750K figure? I looked everywhere for a report on the actual “starting point” of the funding for the trust. It *should have been* in the $3 million range.
It’s hard to comment until we see that. It wouldn’t normally be something for public consumption (a child’s trust), but the nature of the hearings and circumstances would dictate that all the workings of the trust should be made public.
She wouldn't. ANS estate would be responsible for it unless "someone" in control of the money, just out and out offered to pay.
