Not that time. It was chartered on February 3, 1993. I’ve written a lot about Compagnie Victoire here before.
Basically, she couldn’t wrap her brain around the fact that each share of company stock was worth a percentage of all the assets she made from her modeling contracts and everything else - starting with millions of $$ just put into the company by JHMII.
To her, shares of stock were just worthless little pieces of paper.

Note that date was the day “Vickie’s” divorce from Billy Smith was legally final. Howard Marshall didn’t want to put anything like RE or that company in her name until she was no longer “Mrs. Billy Wayne Smith.”
“Vickie” had been throwing fits about the ranch and other things being put in a trust and not in her name (she thought JHMII was ripping her off somehow, lol), so he was doing all he could to “prove” to her that these suspicions were unfounded.
But, at the same time, he had to be sure she wasn’t going to run back to Mexia (fat chance) and just give it all over to Billy - or that Billy wasn’t going to gallop into Houston and take over what would have been his legal community property.
That’s why VickieAnna finally went down to the courthouse and filed for the divorce in April, 1992. After a settlement hearing that Billy didn’t even go to, it was granted the next February and Marshall filed the papers and put up the seed money to start Compagnie Victoire for VickieAnna that same day, February 3, 1993.
