LB tatoo:
Dec ‘05 (impossible!) - The tattoo was inked on Birkhead in December 2005 when he and Anna were still together. “I really didn’t want a tattoo and then we argued about it forever,” Birkhead told Access. “Then finally when I got to the point I wanted to do [it] because I wanted to, then finally she said ‘Okay, don’t worry about it.’ Then I said ‘I’ll do it.’”

also, Tony potts interview,
Feb 25th:I got a tatoo on my back so if we ever got in an argument I wouldn’t have to see it in the mirror..had matching cross necklaces, diamond necklaces and I gave her mine back and she was actually wearing it when she passed away and I hope to get that back, I would liked to have had that one.
When I went and got (the tatoo) she was holding my hand and feeding me orange juice and getting me
to wake up...
POTTS: when did you get it?
LB: probably Dec 05, maybe Jan 05. It was a committment type thing.

Anna tatoo:
Jan 11, ‘07 - Anna Nicole Smith has transferred the pain of 2006 to her shoulders by having tattoos of her dead son and new baby girl etched on her back. The busty model/actress showed off her odd new body art during a recent trip back to America from her home in The Bahamas.
On her left shoulder, the buxom blonde boasts a large tattoo of herself and her late son Daniel with his birth and death dates and the words ‘My Pumpkinhead.’
Meanwhile, she sports an image of motherhood with baby Dannielynn, who was born in The Bahamas three days before her big brother died in September of a drug overdose, on her right shoulder.

mid Dec, ‘06 - People Magazine (March 5th edition) “Mother, son and daughter survived as a family for only three short days, but Anna Nicole Smith was determined to reunite them somehow. Do for two days in December- just a few weeks after the birth of her daughter Dannielynn and the death of her son Daniel- Smith spent 20 hours at the Tattoo King parlor in the Bahamas having portraits of her children inked into her shoulders. “she kept saying she wanted to keep Daniel with her forever,” says the parlor’s owner, Byron Austin, whose brother tattooed an image of Smith with Daniel on her left shoulder, and another of her with Dannielynn on her right. “Next she wanted to get the baby’s footprints and Daniel’s gravestone,” says Austin,
who scheduled another session for Feb. 6.
Smith missed that appointment, and just 2 days later she was dead.”
